The ECQ hasn't been kind to my mental health, which is why I've been using exercise as a way to achieve some sense of accomplishment. It helps me cope with grief, and it gives me something to look forward to everyday. (Rest days are mostly stretches and light stuff.) I wonder how many days of the quarantine the next video will cover.
